Permaconn leaders in GPRS security technology

About

RDCCO Pty Ltd, formerly known as Radio Data Comms, design & manufacture alarm communication products for the security industry. Our flagship solution ‘Permaconn’ operates on GPRS, 3G and IP networks.

Founded in 1999 RDCCO was, and still is led by Willi Obrist Technical Director who is responsible for the technical innovations and Paul Behr founder and Managing Director.

Radio Data Comms is an internationally recognised brand, known for its excellence in innovation throughout the security industry. Owned and operated in Australia, our network extends to the USA, South Africa, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.

Permaconn was the first M2M back to base system of its kind in Australia. We were also first to innovate the use of Dual SIMs to achieve redundancy and an audited uptime of 99.9% required for Australian Standards.

We constantly strive to surpass client and industry expectations. Our success has led us to being the preferred choice for thousands of professional security installations in commercial, retail and residential premises.

On the back of the Industry’s acceptance of this now widely established technology, many of our competitors have adopted our innovations and launched their own Dual SIM devices.

Permaconn communicators are incredibly easy to install. Used in conjunction with our web portal Atlas, the installer can view all events sent to the Central Station in real time, as well as many other operational conditions. End users can also remotely arm and disarm their alarm system, using our Smartphone app called ‘Pocket Secure’, available on Google Play and iTunes stores.

The Permaconn solution is an ideal upgrade or replacement for traditional alarm PSTN diallers. Your installations will be future proofed against any VoIP or NBN upgrades. With many different ‘fixed price’ data plans available, you can be assured of a ‘one fit solution’ for your entire client base.

So when it comes to choosing a system that’s both compliant and the best: The choice is simple. The choice is Permaconn.
